Ermolaev Center makes a distinctive architectural silhouette. The complex comprises a group of residential buildings and a business center, all resting on a stylobate. The stylobate, which is partly underground, allows for a large garden terrace – a courtyard with lots of trees, green vegetation, and recreational areas.
